  Cleaning Jewelry


  • Do NOT use jewelry cleaner on our jewelry. The ingredients are to powerful for our product.
  • Use a soft cloth, mild soap and warm water. As well as a toothbrush for small pieces. Make sure to dry completely after rinsing off all soap.
  • For long lasting wear AVOID using your bracelet doing household chores or anything around water be cautions.
  • When cleaning your jewelry do NOT leave in water for too long or it may tarnish.


Are there any children's bracelets?


Yes we believe all females should be fashionable. So visit our site frequently for our release date.

The actual color you see will depend on the device you use, we cannot assure you that the correct color will reflect accurately as shown.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.


Once an order is processed depending on shipping method; shipping will take 3-5 business days unless  Express shipping.


I just placed my order, but I need to change the address. How do I do that.

No, At the moment we do not ship internationally. But as our business grows we hope to ship worldwide.


Can we expedited your order?


Yes! At the checkout page, you will see the available shipping methods ( USPS Priority Mail Express) provides next day to 2 day delivery service by 6pm.

What is your return policy?


We have a Non-Refundable policy, which means all items are FINAL SALE. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.We will need a description or picture of the condition your item(s) came in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Also let us know if you want to keep the same item(s) or exchange it.

Can I exchange my order?


Exchanges are only approved to damage items that are received.You must contact customer service within 48hours of receiving your order.We can exchange your item for the same product or a different product but the same amount paid for excluding shipping amount.
